1. Who We Are
BizTracker UAE is provided by Skill AI Academy ("we", "us"). This policy covers both this website (skillaicompany.com) and the BizTracker UAE web application (online, used through a web browser).
2. What We Collect, and Why
At signup (trial or paid)

Inside the application
Everything you enter to run your business — branches, documents, bank accounts, cheques, staff records, roster entries, and UAE payroll information (including salary, joining dates, labour card numbers, bank account/IBAN details for WPS, payslips, and leave/gratuity records for your employees) — is stored so the application can do its job. This data belongs to you; we do not use it for any purpose beyond providing the Service to you.
Where this data lives
BizTracker UAE is an online service. Your data is stored in a private cloud database (Cloudflare D1) and, for attached files such as scanned documents and cheque copies, in private cloud storage (Cloudflare R2), so that every branch and every signed-in user of your company sees the same information. Each company's data is kept separate from every other company's. Cloud-stored data is not publicly accessible — attachments can only be opened by signed-in users of your own company — and we do not use it for any purpose other than providing the Service to you.
3. Who We Share Data With
We use a small number of infrastructure providers to actually run the Service. We do not sell your data to anyone, for any reason.

4. Password Security
Every user login has its own password. Passwords are stored using industry-standard salted hashing (PBKDF2-HMAC-SHA256). We cannot see or recover your actual password, including our own staff.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account and business data for as long as your account is active. If a trial or plan lapses, your data is retained so that you can renew; a 30-day grace period applies after a paid plan expires. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
6. Your Rights
You can request a copy of the account-level data we hold about you (company name, email, mobile, subscription status), or request that it be deleted, by emailing info@skillaicompany.com. Your business data can be exported or erased by your company's Admin from within the application at any time.
7. Cookies
This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. The web application uses only an essential session cookie to keep you signed in; it is not used for tracking or advertising.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as the Service evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
