Terms of Service

1. The Service

BizTracker UAE ("the Service") is a business document, compliance, cheque, staff roster, and UAE payroll tracking application, provided by Skill AI Academy ("we", "us", "our"). "Payroll" means the optional UAE Payroll & WPS module of the Service. These Terms govern your use of the Service, whether accessed through the web application or this website.

2. Free Trial

New accounts receive a 30-day free trial with full access to the Service's features, (within the trial limits shown on our pricing page). No payment method is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial period, continued use of the UAE-edition features requires an active paid subscription.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed annually, in advance, at the rate shown on our pricing page for your company's branch tier at the time of purchase. Plans are renewed each year from within the application (Settings → Plan & Billing). A 30-day grace period follows a paid plan's expiry date; after it, you can still view your existing data, but adding new branches, users or attachments requires renewing.

We reserve the right to change our pricing for future billing periods. If we do, we will make reasonable efforts to notify existing subscribers in advance of their next renewal.

3A. UAE Payroll (optional module)

Payroll is an optional add-on to the Service. You can start it inside the application, or open a Payroll-only account that shows only Employees, Payroll and Settings. It has its own 30-day free trial for up to 25 employees, with no payment method required. A trial is available once per account.

Paid Payroll is billed annually, in advance, per employee, at the rate shown on our website at the time of purchase, with a minimum of 10 employees. A launch price applies to your first purchase; renewals are at the list price unless we tell you otherwise. If you add employees during the year, they are charged for the remaining days of that year. A 30-day grace period follows a paid year's expiry; after it, you can still view and download past payroll records, but new payroll runs require renewing.

The WPS SIF file and payslips are produced from the information you enter. You are responsible for checking them, for the accuracy of employee and bank details, and for testing the file with your bank before relying on it. We do not submit anything to a bank or to MOHRE on your behalf.

4. Refunds

Because every subscription is preceded by a full 30-day free trial, annual subscription charges are non-refundable once processed, except where required by applicable law or in the case of a genuine billing error on our part. See our Refund Policy for full details.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting info@skillaicompany.com. Not renewing stops future charges; it does not refund the current billing period. You retain access to the Service until the end of the period you've already paid for.

6. Your Data

You retain full ownership of all business data you enter into the Service — documents, cheques, staff records, and any other content. We do not claim any ownership over your business data. See our Privacy Policy for details on how your data is stored and handled.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to store or process unlawful content, to attempt to circumvent plan limits, or to reverse-engineer the application beyond what is permitted by applicable law.

8. Calculations Are an Aid, Not Legal Advice

The Service includes calculators and payroll tools for UAE gratuity, leave salary, sick leave entitlements, and monthly salary, based on our understanding of UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 33 of 2021 and related regulations. These calculations are provided as a business aid only. We do not guarantee their accuracy for any specific situation, and they do not constitute legal, financial, or HR advice. You are responsible for verifying any calculation against official MOHRE guidance or a qualified advisor before relying on it for an actual employee settlement or payment.

9. Service Availability

We aim to keep the Service and related infrastructure available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for temporary unavailability caused by third-party infrastructure providers we rely on to deliver the Service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or business data, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abuse of the trial system, or fail to renew a paid plan after a reasonable notice period.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
