Start a run for the month and every active employee is added with their salary. Review, adjust and approve. Staff who join mid-month are paid for the days worked.

No. You can open a Payroll-only account that shows just Employees, Payroll and Settings. If you already use BizTracker UAE, Payroll is an add-on you switch on inside the app and it uses the staff and leave records you already have.
The list price is USD 12 per employee per year (USD 1 a month), billed yearly. At launch your first year is USD 9.60 per employee (USD 0.80 a month). The minimum purchase is 10 employees. Renewals are at the list price unless we tell you otherwise.

Yes. Once a payroll run is approved, it creates a WPS SIF file from your MOHRE establishment ID, your bank routing code and each employee's labour card, routing code and IBAN. Banks can differ in what they accept, so upload a test file with your bank before your first live salary run.
Leave you record in BizTracker can be paid in a payroll run. It is then marked as paid through Payroll, and the Leave screen stops it from being edited or paid twice. If you cancel the payment, the leave goes back to unpaid.
You have a 30-day grace period to renew and keep running payroll. After that you can still view and download past payslips and registers, but new payroll runs need a renewal.
