|---|---|
| Under 6 months | None yet |
| 6 to 12 months | 2 days for each month of service |
| After 1 year | 30 days for each year of service, in proportion |
The balance is shown rounded down to the nearest half day. Value = balance × (monthly wage ÷ 30).
30 calendar days for each year of service. In the first year, after six months of service, an employee earns 2 days of leave for each month worked.
Leave salary is the pay for annual leave. When an employee leaves with unused leave, the company normally pays out the balance. When leave is taken, the pay for those days is the leave salary.
Practice varies. Many companies use basic salary plus fixed allowances; some use basic only. Enter the monthly wage your contract or company policy uses. BizTracker UAE uses basic plus fixed allowances.
A month is treated as 30 days, so the daily rate is the monthly wage divided by 30.
BizTracker UAE keeps annual leave, sick leave and leave salary for each employee and prints PDF or Word reports. Free for 30 days.
